None of my combo tennis teams made it to the states this year but I was glad that the Downeast " Baywood Seniors" 7.5 team got there since it was in Winston Salem, NC and they could come by the house for dinner. Ken made his famous Spaghetti sauce with lots of meatballs and sausages and I added some cheese stuffed shells for an Italian feast. It was great to catch up with everyone and have a few hours to enjoy old friends. They may not have won many tennis matches while here but they did not go home hungry! I really enjoyed the visit....Come again any time.

Vicki and Ken,
Thanks again for a fine evening of good food and lots of laughter. The return trip to the hotel via 85 and 40, while maybe a bit longer, was more doable given our state of mind and the late hour. We also kept our record intact by proceeding to lose the Saturday matches as well.
