Do you know what these are?

You guessed didn't you? These are burp cloths and yes the one on the top right is a camo pattern. Every self respecting grandmother should be able to sew burp clothes. It is very easy actually. If you can sew a straight line then you can sew these. My sewing machine is circa 1971. It was my high school graduation present! First, being the avid ebayer, that I am, I bid on " Chinese" pre-fold diapers and won a dozen for $4.99. Needless to say....I got what I paid for and then went to Walmart and purchased a package of $14.99 Birdseye pre-fold diapers. I was much happier with the Walmart purchase. The first purchase will be relegated to "Chinese" cleaning rags. Then I picked out some fun fabrics and ribbon at Hobby Lobby. I followed the step by step instructions on one of my favorite blogs, A Chelsea Morning, http://anewchelseamorning.blogspot.com/. The blog also gives step by step details on making fun blankets from fleece that do not require sewing at all. Check it out.

No one can ever say you are old fashion :)
